The above photo, taken this past January on a stretch of Rodeo Drive, demonstrates the sorry state of retail in Los Angeles. My own neighborhood, Los Feliz Village, has experienced similar retail turmoil. Question-- As we move into the fourth quarter of 2009, is the Los Angeles retail environment improving?
If not, what can be done?
