Boy Meets Girl, created by Stacy M. Igel- was next up. This was a sassy, young-leaning collection that Miley Cyrus would just love– as well as many other American teens and tweens. Designer Igel honed her skills at Izod, and has worked closely with one of our fave designers, the iconic Zandra Rhodes. A portion of the proceeds from Ms. Igel’s girls’ line are donated to help fight bullying in schools. She also believes in “ethical fashion”, using eco-materials, sustainable manufacturing practices and “fair trade” , not sweat shop- wages paid to factory workers. Learn more: boymeetsgirlusa.com.
