Tristan + Trista at Rock Fashion Week

Rock Fashion Week finally touched down in Los Angeles this past Friday, after doing events in New York and most recently, Miami. The event took place at the Peterson Automotive Museum, following the final bow of recently merged partner Gen Art’s Fresh Faces in Fashion.

First on the bill was Tristan + Trista, a newly launched contemporary Ready to Wear line by Kristine Megrikian. There was an elegant simplicity in this collection; modern, wearable, in mostly monochromatic, sensible hues.  Most of the dresses have sewn in body shapers to slim and perfect the body underneath, according to their literature. Kristine comes from a family tailors and seamstresses and her mother, Zara, is also an influential source behind the Trista + Tristan brand. Learn more: tristanandtrista.com
