Recently, at the Silverlake Farmer's Market, we spied "The Tin Box of Curious Artifacts. " Food trucks are all the rage in L.A., and now we have travelling boutiques as well!
Tin Box of Curious Artifacts was founded by Chris Register and Daniel Robles. With the help of handyman, ironworker, and artist friends, they converted a 14 foot box truck (once used for hauling vintage cars) into a quirky rolling shop. Tin Box sells a mix of men's and women's vintage clothing and accessories, along with kitschy home goods, screenprinted t-shirts, and other weird and wonderful oddities. Like the truck itself, almost everything in the shop is vintage or upcycled,

I love this truck. Everything they sell is so cute and surprisingly reasonably priced. You can tell they select everything with love.
